Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen has revealed that rookie Tyler Wilson is falling behind in the race for the starting quarterback job at his side.
Wilson, who was drafted 112th in the 2013 draft, is in a battle with Matt Flynn and Terrelle Pryor for the starting spot with the Raiders this season.
"(Wilson) has all the physical tools but is behind from a mental standpoint," Allen told the San Francisco Chronicle.
"[He is] throwing [the] ball pretty well, it's just a matter of figuring out where it's supposed to go."
The Raiders take on the Dallas Cowboys next week in their pre-season opener.
