Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has admitted that he was "frustrated" after being forced off the field during his side's win over the New York Giants in the NFL yesterday.
Vick left the game late in the second quarter with a hamstring injury and his replacement, Nick Foles, threw two fourth-quarter touchdowns to seal a 36-21 comeback win for the Eagles.
"I believe so," Vick told reporters when asked whether he would be fit for the next game. "I'm just running by myself, just running out of bounds. I tried to slow down. I think I just took the wrong step.
"It's frustrating. I never question why things happen, I never question God. It's a little sore. I've been standing up the last two hours. I need to get treatment. I've had this type of injury before."
The win ended a three-match losing streak for the Eagles, who now have a record of 2-3, while the Giants' miserable season continues as they drop to 0-5.
