Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has expressed his belief that his side will get better despite their 33-30 defeat to the San Diego Chargers yesterday.
Vick threw for a career-best 428 yards and two touchdowns as well as running for a touchdown of his own in the fourth quarter, but the Eagles' defence failed to halt a Chargers offense playing at a frenetic pace.
"We made our share of plays today and I think we're going to get better," Vick told The AP.
Both the Eagles and the Chargers now have a season record of 1-1, with one home win and one away win apiece.
