Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll has confirmed that Jimmy Graham will miss the rest of the season after tearing his patellar tendon on Sunday.
Graham fell awkwardly while attempting to catch a pass from Russell Wilson in the 39-30 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the wide receiver was forced off on a stretcher early in the fourth quarter.
"We're going to miss the heck out of him for the rest of the season," Carroll, who also revealed that Graham would need surgery, told reporters after the game.
Graham, who was traded to Seattle from the New Orleans Saints in the off-season, scored two touchdowns this season.
