The NFL have reportedly fined Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch $50,000 (£30,540) for not speaking to the media this season.
Lynch first spoke to reporters on Friday having not done so for the whole of the regular season, a silence that had previously gone undetected by the league authorities.
The four-time Pro Bowler was in breach of the NFL's rules that require players to speak to the media throughout the season, resulting in the fine.
Lynch played a major role in Seattle's NFC-topping side this season, rushing for a team-high 1,257 yards while also scoring 14 touchdowns.
The Seahawks will face the New Orleans Saints in the Divisional playoff match on Saturday.
