The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have recovered from a 13-point deficit to trail by just three at half time of their NFC South clash with the New Orleans Saints this evening,
The hosts were the first to get on the scoreboard at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome as Shayne Graham slotted over a 30-yard field goal to put his side in front.
Graham added a second kick, this time from 29 yards, in the dying stages of the first quarter, and the lead was extended to 13 points in the second when Drew Brees and Pierre Thomas combined for a 15-yard score.
Patrick Murray got Tampa Bay on the scoreboard courtesy of a 55-yard field goal with less than two minutes remaining of the half, before Louis Murphy and Mike Glennon combined for a 20-yard touchdown with just 27 seconds left on the clock.
The initial play was challenged by the Saints, but the on-field ruling was upheld, making the score 13-10 at the interval.
