Report: Tampa Bay Buccaneers won't select Johnny Manziel

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will reportedly decide against selecting Johnny Manziel with their seventh overall pick.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will reportedly decide against selecting Johnny Manziel in the NFL Draft on Thursday night despite being linked with doing so.

The Buccaneers have the seventh overall selection, but some mock Drafts have the quarterback being selected before they come into play, Fox reports.

Tampa Bay signed Josh McCown in free agency and the former Chicago Bears star is expected to be starter while Mike Glennon adds depth.

It remains unclear as to where the former Texas A&M quarterback will be selected after being heavily scrutinised in recent months.
