Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III has insisted that working harder in practice is how the team can get out of their bad form.
The Redskins suffered their eighth defeat of the season against the San Francisco 49ers on Tuesday, but RG III is refusing to panic.
"We've just got to make a conscious effort to decide over these next five weeks that we're going to get better and it starts by going to work," he told the club's official website.
"It started today. We had a nice practice, good practice, guys were locked in and that's all you can ask for at this point right now. We've got to win. We've got to win right now and let everything else take care of itself. We've just got to control what we can control."
The Skins have lost their last three games in a row.
