Dwain Chambers's place at the London Olympics looks to be in doubt after he once again failed to record a time that would earn him a spot in Team GB.

Dwain Chambers has once again failed to record a time worthy of Olympic qualification after finishing second in a meeting in Paris.

The British sprinter was beaten in the 100m by Jamaican Ainsley Waugh and clocked a time of 10.48 seconds, considerably outside the mark of 10.18 seconds required to earn a place in Team GB.

Chambers was given the all-clear earlier this year to attempt to qualify for the games after a drug ban but his place in London now looks to be in doubt.

The 34-year-old is required to meet the qualifying time as well as finish in the top two of the trials which are to be held later this month.
