Great Britain's Paralympic sprinter Katrina Hart will not contest for a medal in the women's T37 200m final after finishing fifth in the opening heat.

The reigning world champion had a lot to do in the first few metres of the race and struggled to surge to the front three qualification spots after the bend.

Maria Sefert of Germany finished first in the race at the Olympic Stadium with Ukrainian duo Oksana Krechunyak and Viktoriya Kravchenko finishing second and third respectively.

Meanwhile, Hart's compatriots Bethany Woodward and Jenny McLoughlin qualified for the final in the second heat of the day.
