Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt has put the disappointment of a being disqualified during the 100m final behind him by winning the 200m gold at the World Athletics Championships in South Korea.
World record holder Bolt clocked a season best time of 19.40 seconds, while America's Walter Dix and Frenchman Christophe Lemaitre collected the silver and bronze medals respectively.
After the race, silver medallist Dix told BBC Radio 5 Live: "I think I got real close. I'm closing in. I'll come back determined and make sure I have all the tools in place to win that gold next year."
Bolt's victory has seen him retain the title he won in Berlin in 2009.
