Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James believes that the clash between Kelly Olynyk and Kevin Love that injured his teammate did not "look like a basketball play".
Love and Olynyk were involved in a tangle as the Boston Celtics man defended against the 26-year-old, but the play ended in the Cavaliers forward sustaining a dislocated shoulder.
The 26-year-old has claimed that Olynyk hurt him intentionally, which the center denied, and James feels that the encounter did not look clean.
James told reporters: "It didn't look like a basketball play. I've seen a lot of tie-ups in my day, and that tie-in was a little different.
"We want to play the game of basketball the right way. You want to be physical, but you never want the game to get out of hand."
The Cavaliers beat the Celtics to sweep their series 4-0 and advance to the Eastern Conference semi-finals.
