Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving has said that playing in the NBA playoff finals provides players with an indescribable feeling.
Irving has been cleared to play in game one of his side's finals clash with the Golden State Warriors despite experiencing concussion, with the Cavs hunting out their first ever championship crown.
"You're just dreaming about being in that moment. It's what it really all comes down to, two teams left, best teams playing," said Irving, according to WKYC.com.
"You think about a year ago, you would be in a different place, somewhere on a beach some place or on vacation, and you're still in the gym working on your craft. This is what it's all about. It's an exciting moment, an exciting time for professional basketball.
"To be a part of it is no feeling that I could really describe or compare it to."
The first game of the showpiece gets underway on Thursday night at the Oracle Arena in California.
