Golden State Warriors coach Mark Jackson has praised his players' post-season performances despite their exit from the playoffs at the hands of the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Warriors were dumped out at game seven, as the Clippers edged to a 4-3 overall win in their first-round clash.
"I saw a tied-together group that did not look for an excuse, that battled, competed and left their tank on empty," Jackson told reporters after the game.
"Ultimately, what I saw is a group that continues to get better and continues to put itself in the position to have an incredible future individually and collectively."
Rumours have been circulating for the second half of the NBA season as to whether Jackson will remain in his position as coach come the next campaign.
