James Harden: 'Houston Rockets need another playmaker'

Houston Rockets shooting guard James Harden says that he will be asking general manager Daryl Morey to sign another playmaker.

James Harden has said that he will be urging the Houston Rockets to add another playmaker during the off-season.

The shooting guard averaged 27.4 points per game in the regular season for Houston in 2014-15.

When asked if he would like the team to add another playmaker in free agency, the 25-year-old told the Houston Chronicle: "That's one of the conversations me and [general manager] Daryl [Morey] are going to have [and] the coaches.

"That's one of the pieces to add, but that's later conversations. We'll be all right. We're very confident in the group we have. This summer we have to work hard and be ready for next year."

The Rockets lost this season's Western Conference finals to the Golden State Warriors.
