Indiana Pacers coach Frank Vogel has admitted that his side let their good start slip as they were defeated 99-87 by the Miami Heat in Game Three of the Eastern Conference playoff finals on Saturday.
LeBron James shone with 26 points, while Dwyane Wade played a strong supporting role, in order to hand Miami a 2-1 lead in the seven-game series.
"We came out of the games pretty strong. We got off to a good start," Vogel revealed after the game.
"We didn't manage our foul trouble well and we didn't manage them picking up their defensive intensity.
"We obviously turned it over a little too much. It let them get going."
The sides will now meet for Game Four at the AmericanAirlines Arena on Monday.
