Gregg Popovich pleased with reserves performance

San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich believes that the team's reserves played well in their win over the Toronto Raptors.

Gregg Popovich has praised the performance of the San Antonio Spurs' bench following their 116-103 win over the Toronto Raptors.

Aron Baynes scored a career-high 14 points during the victory, while Manu Ginobili led the team with 16 points.

The head coach told reporters: "Baynes did a great job. He hasn't played that much but he went down to the D-League and played a few games to stay in shape, kept himself ready and it showed tonight. He came in and did a really good job for us.

"He played a great game. He's really starting to look like Manu, which is great for us, obviously."

The Spurs face the Milwaukee Bucks later today.
