Amir Khan has told Kell Brook that he has not done enough to deserve facing him in the ring.
Ahead of Brook's fight against Shawn Porter for the IBF welterweight title, Khan has warned his fellow Brit that he would not consider agreeing to a bout unless he becomes a world champion.
"Kell Brook is not one I will be looking at," the 27-year-old is quoted as saying by The Mirror. "He doesn't deserve it - unless he fights Porter and beats Porter.
"If he had the IBF title, then maybe. He doesn't bring anything to the table without that. I just think it is wrong that he has made such a big name for himself in the UK fighting nobodies and trying to set up a big fight with me because he knows it will make him the biggest money of his career.
"He knows if he fights me, he makes a lot of money, and he doesn't deserve the money."
Brook has won all 32 of his professional fights.
