Amir Khan has announced that he intends to return to the ring in April next year.
The Bolton scrapper is lining up a world title shot in the 140lbs division and hoping to follow it with a rematch against Danny Garcia later in the year.
"In April I'm looking at it being a fight in the 140lbs division for a world title, and then at unifying it with the Garcia fight - if he gets through his fight with Zab Judah," Khan told reporters.
"Boxing is a sport where one punch can change a fight, but hopefully he wins that fight, I get through mine in April and then maybe at the end of the year it will be a good fight with him."
Garcia, who stopped Khan in four rounds earlier this year, has previously confirmed that he is open to a rematch with the 26-year-old.
Khan made a winning return to the ring against Carlos Molina last weekend.
