Paulie Malignaggi has recovered from a second-round knockdown to record a points victory over Zab Judah in their welterweight contest in Brooklyn.
The 33-year-old was floored by a left hand from Judah, but a tangle of legs also contributed to the former WBA welterweight champion falling to the canvas.
However, Malignaggi recovered to get the better of his opponent, who was coming on the back of a defeat to unbeaten American Danny Garcia in April.
The scorecards had Malignaggi winning by margins of 116-111, 117-110 and 117-110, and 'the Magic Man' will now be targeting another tilt at a world title.
