Great Britain's boxing head coach Rob McCracken has said he is confident that Nicola Adams can take gold in the women's fly.
Adams comfortably defeated Bulgaria's Stoyka Petrova in the quarter-finals and McCracken has said that Adams can "go all the way".
"[The next round] is a big, big fight," Sky Sports News quotes McCracken as saying. "Mery Kom is a tremendous boxer and it is going to be a difficult bout.
"However Nicola is bigger than her and if she performs like she did in her last bout, then she will do it. She loves the sport and hopefully she will go all the way."
Adams's bout with Kom takes place tomorrow afternoon.
