Michael Clarke has warned New Zealand that they have yet to see the best from Australia at this year's Cricket World Cup.
The Aussies secured a 95-run victory over India earlier today to set up a meeting with their fellow co-hosts in the final of the tournament.
Australia may be within touching distance of a fifth title, but Clarke insists that his side have yet to reach their peak.
"The boys played some outstanding cricket," he is quoted as saying by BBC Sport. "Everybody chipped in, once again a lot of the guys sacrificed themselves for the team.
"[But] I still don't think we played the perfect game yet. We have improved every game and now we are excited to be in the final. It's a wonderful achievement. We know it's going to be tough against New Zealand.
"It doesn't matter to us who we were going to play in the final. Our priority was to get into the final. There's always that great rivalry, the fact that the two hosting nations are in the final is extremely special."
New Zealand overcame South Africa in the other semi-final earlier this week to book their place in the showpiece final.
