Alastair Cook hails "unbelievable" England

England captain Alastair Cook describes his team as "unbelievable" after they regain The Ashes thanks to an emphatic victory over Australia at Trent Bridge.

England captain Alastair Cook was full of praise for his side after they regained The Ashes with a dominant victory against Australia in the fourth Test match at Trent Bridge.

On Saturday morning, the Three Lions took the three wickets required to wrap up the win by an innings and 78 runs, and after being part of the team that lost 5-0 in Australia during the 2013-14 campaign, Cook believes that their transformation has been "unbelievable".

After the match, the 30-year-old said: "Someone told us to watch The Ashes from behind the sofa. From where we've been as a side over the last 18 months, we've stuck to what we believe was the right thing to do. The way the lads stepped up has been unbelievable."

England lead the best-of-five series 3-1, with the final Test match starting at The Oval on August 20.
