England win toss, unchanged for third Test match with West Indies

England captain Alastair Cook opts to bat first after winning the toss ahead of the third Test match with West Indies.

England have named an unchanged lineup for the third and final Test match with West Indies in Bridgetown.

All-rounder Ben Stokes had been a doubt after suffering a back injury, but he is available after coming through a fitness test.

West Indies have made three alterations to their team, with Jerome Taylor, Veerasammy Permaul and Shai Hope coming in for Kemar Roach, Devendra Bishoo and Devon Smith.

England head into the game with a 1-0 lead in the series after they recorded a nine-wicket triumph in the second Test last week.

West Indies: Brathwaite, Hope, Darren Bravo, Samuels, Chanderpaul, Blackwood, Ramdin, Holder, Taylor, Gabriel, Permaul

England: Cook, Trott, Ballance, Bell, Root, Ali, Buttler, Stokes, Chris Jordan, Broad, Anderson
