West Indies coach Ottis Gibson claims that the English cricket system is the 'envy of the world' ahead of the final one-day contest at Headingley.

West Indies head coach Ottis Gibson has claimed that he is not insulted by England's decision to rest players against his side.

Tim Bresnan, Stuart Broad and Graeme Swann are all expected to sit out the third one-day international and Gibson believes that teams are envious of the amount of quality players that England have.

The former England bowling coach said: "The English system has been a well-oiled machine for some time now and it's the envy of the world.

"They are the top team in the world and have the luxury to rest players and it's a credit to them and all the people that work behind the scenes."

Chris Woakes and Samit Patel are both expected to play in the match at Headingley on Friday morning.
