Warwickshire have won the 2012 County Championship after they beat Worcestershire by an innings and 202 runs.
The Bears win their first County Championship title since 2004 and the triumph comes a year after they were cruelly pipped to the title by Lancashire on the final day of last season.
Their emphatic victory has also relegated Worcestershire to Division Two.
Worcestershire had resumed the day requiring 311 runs to make Warwickshire bat again, but they were bowled out for 209 just before lunch to seal their fate and hand their Midland neighbours their sixth title.
