Joanna Rowsell has spoken positively about her preparations for a hectic schedule at the Commonwealth Games.
The 25-year-old will prioritise the individual pursuit and the road time trial, but will also take part in the scratch and points races on the track, and she has been boosted by her displays in training.
"I have done 90% of my preparation for the individual pursuit and I seem to be going quite well," Rowsell told reporters. "I was told that the track here in Glasgow was slower than Manchester, but it didn't feel too slow to me, so I was quite happy.
"We will see what happens on race day, but I'm feeling in a good place."
Rowsell has hailed the impact Sir Bradley Wiggins is having on the rest of England's cycling squad.
