Sir Bradley Wiggins will return to action following a spell on the sidelines for the Tour of Poland next month.
The 33-year-old was ruled out of the Tour de France with Team Sky due to a knee injury following his withdrawal midway through the Giro d'Italia.
A mixture of injury and illness has kept Wiggins out of competition, but it has been confirmed that the cyclist will play a part in the Tour of Poland on July 27, according to Sky Sports News.
Meanwhile, Team Sky have announced nine riders for the Tour de France, with Chris Froome leading the pack.
