Andy Smith has progressed to the second round of the PDC World Championship at the expense of Steve Brown.
'The Pie Man' got the better of his opponent 3-1 in their first-round clash at the Alexandra Palace on Wednesday.
"I will be honest with you, I don't win that many on the telly, do I?" he told Sky Sports News. "I am a little bit pleased, I have been bad for the last few days, had a bit of a sort throat and a cold but I have been practising really well.
"I got hypnotised so I could hit the doubles on the stage - first game I had about 12 darts at doubles, I thought 'forget that bit!'
"It was a bit of a scrappy game but I stuck in there and got through it. Steve played brilliant in patches, it was a good match at times but a scrappy match at others and I am just glad to be through."
Justin Pipe also won on Wednesday as he got past Arron Monk with a comfortable 3-0 victory to set up a clash against Devon Petersen in the next round.
Two-time former champion Adrian Lewis was on good form as well as he overpowered Dennis Smith 3-0, while Morihiro Hashimoto of Japan beat American player Paul Lim 4-2 in the preliminary match to set up a first-round tie against Michael Smith but lost it 3-1.
