Coronation Street legends Michael Le Vell and Sally Dynevor have both reportedly signed new one-year deals to stay on the soap.
Le Vell has played mechanic Kevin Webster continuously since 1983, while Dynevor - Kevin's ex-wife Sally Metcalfe - has been in Weatherfield since 1986.
Corrie has a long-standing policy of only offering its stars 12-month contract extensions each year - even in the case of its longest-serving actors - and The Sun says that both Le Vell and Dyvenor are the latest to pen new terms running into 2025.
"Sally and Mike are two of Corrie's most beloved stars," a source told the newspaper, adding: "Bosses were desperate to keep them and they were happy to sign. They both love the show."
The news comes shortly after Bill Roache signed a new deal to stay with Corrie through his - and the soap's - 65th year.
