Former England midfielder Jill Scott reportedly signs up for I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

England football legend Jill Scott has reportedly signed up to appear on this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

The 35-year-old retired from playing after helping the Lionesses to a historic triumph this summer at Euro 2022, a tournament which also saw her go viral on social media for footage of her swearing at Germany's Sydney Lohmann.

"Jill became an instant star following that memorable moment, with most Brits forgiving the minor outburst," a source told The Sun.

"It was always rumoured that ITV wanted one of the team in the jungle and Jill is a natural choice."

Other celebs said to be flying out to Australia this year include comedian Seann Walsh, DJ Chris Moyles, former rugby star Mike Tindall, Coronation Street's Sue Cleaver and newsreader Charlene White.

The new series starts on ITV in a few weeks.
