Coronavirus has wreaked havoc with TV productions around the world, but not even a global pandemic can stop I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here.
The heavyweight of ITV's autumn schedules is on track to air as usual this November, although for the first time ever, the show will be broadcast from somewhere in the UK rather than the Australian jungle due to COVID travel restrictions

Conor McGregor
The Irishman called time on his career as a UFC fighter for a third time in early June and was almost immediately linked with a stint in the jungle. McGregor would have no financial need to do the show, with an estimated personal wealth of around £86 million, and would be doing it purely for the challenge - as was the case with Caitlyn Jenner last year.© Reuters
Katie Price
The former glamour model is already in an exclusive club of one, having appeared on the show twice - finishing fifth in 2004 and quitting the 2009 edition - and is now being tipped for a ridiculous third stint down under. The 42-year-old has had a tumultuous few years dealing with bankruptcy and cocaine addiction but is now back on the up and a high-profile gig would be a timely boost.© BBC
AJ Pritchard
Dancer AJ quit Strictly Come Dancing earlier this year and outlined his ambition to forge a new career as one half of a TV double act with his brother Curtis. The 25-year-old subsequently hinted that he might be up for entering the jungle - but warned that he would be a screamer.© Reuters
Joe Wicks
Fitness expert Joe Wicks has earned legendary status during the coronavirus lockdown by becoming 'the nation's PE teacher' and broadcasting free daily PE lessons on his YouTube channel, raising hundreds of thousands for the NHS in the process. The 33-year-old is thought to have been approached by both I'm A Celebrity and Strictly Come Dancing but has knocked back both offers.© Reuters
John Barnes
The Liverpool legend already appears to have confirmed his participation, having been quoted recently as saying: "I've done a number of shows in my days, from Family Fortunes to Strictly Come Dancing but nothing as adventurous as I'm a Celeb. And to be honest, there's nothing that I wouldn't eat or anything I wouldn't do. I'm fairly easy-going. If they asked me to do something, I'd do it."© ITV
Mark Labbett
The Chase's resident Beast has long wanted to take part in the show but his colossal size - 6'6" tall and 378lbs at his heaviest - meant that getting insurance for his jungle stint proved problematic. In the last few years he's embarked upon a severe weight loss program however and recently insisted: "I'm going to do it, it's just a question of when."© Reuters
Charles Ingram
The 'Coughing Major' was thrown back into the limelight this year through the ITV miniseries Quiz, which dramatised his winning appearance on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? - later deemed to be a fraud. The 56-year-old has become unexpectedly relevant again thanks to the success of the series and is a bookies favourite to be Australia-bound later this year.© Reuters
Eric Cantona
The footie legend is top of the wishlist, according to producer Richard Cowles, who recently said: "I just like the idea of Eric Cantona talking in French and coming up with really profound things. That would be good."© BBC
Matt Baker
The 42-year-old stepped down as host of The One Show in March after nine years hosting the daily magazine programme - leaving him with a sizeable hole in his schedule. Could Croc Creek be calling?© ITV
Lucy Fallon
Having left her role as Bethany Platt on Coronation Street earlier this year, Fallon had lined up several new acting roles for this autumn but coronavirus had other ideas. The 24-year-old is now among the bookies' favourites to be booking a trip to the Gold Coast in a few months' time.© Netflix
Carole Baskin
Having become a household name through the Netflix miniseries Tiger King, American big cat sanctuary owner Baskin is said to have a big-money offer on the table to appear.© BBC
Kevin Clifton
Another former Strictly pro dancer, Kevin Clifton has reportedly "cleared his schedule" this autumn ahead of a potential stint in the jungle.© Reuters
Kieran Hayler
Katie Price's third ex-husband Kieran Hayler, 33, has been tipped to appear after a year in which he divorced the ex-glamour model and got engaged to his new girlfriend. His marriage to Price ended after an affair with her best friend, leading him to admit to having a sex addiction.© Reuters
Jessie J
'Price Tag' singer Jessie J has reportedly been approached for the new series but is said to have concerns that the show is not a good fit for her image.© Reuters
Paul Merson
Former England and Arsenal forward Paul 'Merse' Merson is said to be interested in signing up following his friend Harry Redknapp's successful appearance last year.© Reuters
Vernon Kay
It looks set to be a case of poacher turned gamekeeper for TV host Vernon Kay, with reports that he has signed a £250,000 deal to enter the jungle.© Reuters
John Bercow
Former House of Commons Speaker John Bercow is an odds-on favourite to sign up for the show, according to the bookies.© Reuters
Tommy Fury
The 21-year-old half-brother of heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury, Tommy Fury rose to fame on last summer's edition of Love Island and is now an odds-on favourite to follow that up with a stint in the jungle.© BBC
Lacey Turner
EastEnders actress Lacey Turner, who has played Stacey Slater on the BBC soap for the last 16 years, is another odds-on bet to take part. She has been on maternity leave from the soap for over a year - save for a few cameos - although she is said to be back filming so taking another lengthy absence so soon afterwards is questionable.© ITV
Jenny Ryan
The Chase star Jenny Ryan - aka The Vixen - has hinted that she may sign up for the show if asked, now that the heat of Australia is off the agenda.© Reuters
Vinnie Jones
Former footballer turned movie star Vinnie Jones is another one who may be tempted now that the show is taking place in Wales. Vinnie proved he's both open to reality TV and up for a laugh when he appeared on last year's The X Factor: Celebrity.© Reuters
Gavin Henson
Ex-Wales rugby player Gavin Henson, 38, is said to have turned down the show multiple times in the past - is this the year that he takes the plunge?© Channel 4
Bear Grylls
Survival expert Bear Grylls could be the most qualified person to ever appear on I'm A Celebrity and would no doubt have no problem adapting to the relatively tame surroundings of a Welsh castle.© Reuters
Katherine Jenkins
Operatic superstar Katherine Jenkins - most recently seen as The Octopus in The Masked Singer - is said to be in the frame to fly the flag for Wales in the first series set in the country.Follow us on Bluesky or on X/Twitter and like us on Facebook for the latest entertainment news alerts.
