Broadcasting legend Larry King has been left mourning the loss of two of his children within the last few weeks.
The 86-year-old, most known for his lengthy stint interviewing the world's top figures on CNN, has spent 2020 recovering from a serious stroke at the end of 2019 which left him contemplating suicide.
According to the Daily Mail, King has now suffered a double tragedy following the death of his son Andy, 65, from a heart attack at the end of July and the death of daughter Chaia, 52, on Wednesday due to lung cancer.
"Everyone's feeling pretty bad and broken. Larry is really hurt and upset," his granddaughter Jillian told the newspaper. "He was very sick last year. His kids were all taking very close care of him. He's upset that he's lost them now."
King, who stepped down from his Hulu talkshow following his stroke, has been married eight times to seven different women and has three surviving children - Larry Jr, 58; Chance, 21 and Cannon, 20.
