Strictly Come Dancing head judge Shirley Ballas and professional dancer Johannes Radebe are to guest star as themselves in Doctor Who.
The pair will dance in a scene in the second episode of the new series, 'The Devil's Chord', which is released together with the first episode on Saturday.
Millie Gibson - aka companion Ruby Sunday - told The Mirror: "I remember reading The Devil's Chord and getting the biggest goosebumps at the end. It just seemed like this incredible episode.
"And I was like, 'Wait, we dance with Johannes and Shirley from Strictly, OK. Next page'. It's just like the craziest thing. And it was crazy to film it.
"And I mean, that day we were dancing with them, we had a ball. We had so much fun."
The episode is '60s themed and features The Beatles, as well as the late Cilla Black, while Drag Race's Jinkx Monsoon guest stars as an enemy of The Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa) called 'Maestro'.
Also on the cast list is actress Susan Twist in the role of "Tea Lady", having previously appeared in a 17th century scene as Mrs Merridew in last year's 'Wild Blue Yonder' and again in the present day in the recent Christmas special - leading to speculation that the characters could be the same person with an ulterior motive.
Doctor Who is released this Saturday at midnight on BBC iPlayer in the UK and on Friday at 7pm ET via Disney+ in the rest of the world.
