Ian Wright has hailed fellow Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp as the club's greatest ever signing.
The Dutchman was brought to the club by Bruce Rioch in 1995 but went on to enjoy the bulk of his success under Arsene Wenger, winning three Premier League titles and four FA Cups with the Gunners.
The likes of Thierry Henry, Patrick Vieira and Wright himself could lay mantle to the claim of Arsenal's best arrival, but the Gunners' former record goalscorer believes that Bergkamp tops the lot.
"He was a massive signing for Arsenal and he's the one that all the success was built on," Wright told BBC Sport.
"He was magnificent and is the best signing the club has ever made. He changed the DNA of the club. It was a real honour to play with somebody of that calibre."
Bergkamp scored 120 goals in 423 appearances for Arsenal, picking up the FWA Footballer and PFA Player of the Year awards for 1997-98.
