Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits over-reliance on Alexis Sanchez

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits that the club are becoming dependent on Alexis Sanchez's goals.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has admitted that the club has been over-reliant on Alexis Sanchez this season.

The Chilean hitman has bagged nine goals in the Premier League, including a late winner in the Gunners' 1-0 victory against Southampton, but the Frenchman is concerned that the striker's teammates are becoming too dependent on him.

"It is dangerous to rely on one player to score the goals," he told reporters. "At the moment he is miles ahead of everyone else with goals.

"Let's hope the other players will join him."

Arsenal are in Premier League action this weekend when they travel to Stoke City.
