Arsenal reportedly tell Jack Wilshere that he can leave the club this summer.

Arsenal have reportedly informed Jack Wilshere that he is free to leave the club this summer.

The midfielder, who has been dogged by injury problems over the last few years, is currently recovering from a broken leg.

Wilshere spent last season on loan at Bournemouth, starting 22 Premier League matches before he suffered the blow towards the end of the campaign.

The 25-year-old has since returned to Arsenal, but The Mirror claims that he will be allowed to leave this summer, and is unlikely to be loaned out as there is just one year remaining on his contract.

Sampdoria are believed to be interested in signing Wilshere, but are only prepared to part with around £6m.
