Belgian side Sint-Truiden reportedly want to turn Chuba Akpom's loan deal from Arsenal into a permanent move.
Akpom, who was loaned out from the Gunners on deadline day in January, netted his first goal for the club in a 1-0 win over Anderlecht last Friday.
Sint-Truiden assistant manager Chris O'Loughlin has not ruled out the possibility of securing a longer-term move for the 22-year-old.
"We exclude nothing, but everything depends on Arsenal," the coach told Het Belang van Limburg. "I don't think they can already answer about their plans for Chuba next season. It is too early for that."
Akpom, who progressed through the Gunners' system growing up, has also spent time on loan at Nottingham Forest and Hull City.
