AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri heaps praise on Barcelona ahead of their Champions League quarter-final clash on Tuesday.

AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has insisted that "Barcelona are still the best side in the world."

Milan face Barcelona in the second leg of their quarter-final Champions League clash on Tuesday, with the opening leg finishing 0-0 at the San Siro.

"We have not had too much time to prepare for the game tactically because we have been playing every three days. We will do it tonight in Barcelona. In any case we played against them just last week and we are ready," Allegri told reporters.

"Barcelona are still the best side in the world, but there will be some crucial moments tomorrow night that we have to make the most of. I expect Barca to be at their best."

The winner of the match will face either Chelsea or Benfica in the semi-finals.
