Barcelona defender Gerard Pique has been taken to hospital following a clash with goalkeeper Victor Valdes in their 2-2 Champions League semi-final second-leg draw with Chelsea at the Nou Camp.
The 25-year-old collapsed to the floor after colliding with his teammate after just 17 minutes, and was replaced by Dani Alves nine minutes later.
According to Goal.com, the Spanish international will undergo a series of tests to determine the extent of the damage.
Barcelona were eliminated from the competition after a 3-2 aggregate defeat to Chelsea.
