Sergio Busquets: 'Barcelona cannot afford any more mistakes'

Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets admits that his side cannot afford any more slip-ups if they are to win the title this season.

Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets has admitted that his side cannot afford any more slip-ups if they are to win the Primera Division title this season.

Luis Enrique's side appeared to be cruising towards the title just a few weeks ago, but they have lost all three of their league games in April so far to blow the race at the top wide open.

This evening's 2-1 home defeat to Valencia means that just one point now separates the top three in La Liga, and Busquets is eager to make things right again over the final five games of the season.

"We have five games and we cannot make a mistake. We will give everything to get out of this run," he told reporters.

Barcelona, who were also knocked out of the Champions League earlier this week, have now fallen to three league defeats in a row for the first time since 2003.
