The agent of Barcelona star Dani Alves has revealed that the Brazilian is in talks with a new club ahead of a proposed summer exit from Camp Nou.
The 31-year-old is out of contract when the season comes to a close and is yet to be offered fresh terms by the Spanish giants.
A move to the Premier League has been reported as an option for Alves, but the player's representative Dinorah Santana has not named the club that her client is in talks with.
"We are close to signing for another club," Santana told Rac1. "We are in advanced talks. Dani is still available for Barcelona to keep hold of this summer, but he will not wait for them for much longer.
"People are trying to make Dani look like the bad guy in this situation and that's wrong. This situation is quite tiresome."
Alves has made more than 300 appearances for the Catalan club.
