A report claims that Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has discussed the prospect of a return to Barcelona with his colleagues.

Neymar is reportedly optimistic of joining Barcelona this summer and has informed his Paris Saint-Germain teammates of his desire to return to Camp Nou.

The Brazilian forward was strongly linked with a move back to Catalonia last year, only for negotiations to break down between the two clubs.

According to Mundo Deportivo, however, the 28-year-old is far more confident of being granted his move this time around.

Neymar, who has scored 69 goals in 80 appearances since joining PSG from Barca in 2016, is said to have discussed the prospect of a transfer with his colleagues.

A separate report claims that Ligue 1 champions PSG are holding out for £156m for Neymar, who has two years to run on his contract.
