The father and agent of Barcelona midfielder Rafinha has revealed that the player is close to signing a new deal with the club.
The Brazilian's current contract at Camp Nou is due to expire next summer.
Rafinha, 22, made his Barca debut in 2011 after graduating from the club's famed youth system. He is expected to pen a three-year extension with the La Liga champions.
"It all seems to be going along well and let's say that it doesn't look like they will be any problem with his continuing at the club," Mazinho told Cadena SER.
Barcelona continue the defence of their league title on September 12 when they make the trip to Atletico Madrid.
