Barnet manager Martin Allen has agreed a new rolling contract with the club that will see him lead the Bees into the Football League next season.
Allen, who is in his fourth spell with the club, guided Barnet to the Vanarama Conference title last month.
"I am pleased that it has all been sorted and I am excited to be taking this group of players on to the challenge of the next level," Allen told the club's official website.
"New players will be arriving and our young players I hope will be stepping up. I am sad that a few are leaving as they are and always will be very special to me."
Allen's former clubs include MK Dons, Notts County and Gillingham.
