Craig Gordon is preferred in goal to Dorus de Vries, while Scott Brown takes the place of Eboue Kouassi in midfield.

Up front, manager Brendan Rodgers partners Scott Sinclair with Leigh Griffiths.

Bayern Munich boss Jupp Heynckes returns to Champions League action for the first time since winning the treble with the German side in 2013.

Heynckes keeps the same back four of David Alaba, Jerome Boateng, Mats Hummels and Joshua Kimmich, while Sebastian Rudy replaces Javi Martinez in midfield.

Robert Lewandowski is the lone striker with support from an attacking trio of Kingsley Coman, Thomas Muller and Arjen Robben.
