Mario Gotze: 'Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola needs to communicate better'

Mario Gotze believes that he still stay at Bayern Munich if coach Pep Guardiola speaks to him more often.

Mario Gotze has claimed that his Bayern Munich future hinges on whether or not coach Pep Guardiola communicates with him better.

The duo's relationship is thought to be strained after Gotze's agent slammed the Spaniard for "destroying" his client by refusing to play him regularly.

The 23-year-old encouraged interest from Juventus earlier this summer as a departure seemed likely, but the Germany World Cup winner now looks poised to remain at the Allianz Arena.

"The last two years were definitely not very simple," he told reporters following Tuesday's 3-0 Audi Cup win over AC Milan in Munich. "We'll see what happens.

"It will work out if Guardiola talks to me more often. I'm going to let everything come to me. Anything beyond that, we'll see."

Gotze's contract expires in 2017.
