Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has admitted that Japanese international Shinji Kagawa is intent of securing a move to England.
Zorc also insisted that the 23-year-old has refused to sign a new deal with the Bundesliga outfit.
"I last week held talks with Shinji and his advisers. To date, he is not willing to extend his contract with Borussia Dortmund. He has a specific career plan and that involves playing in England. It must be accepted, but it is not good," Zorc told Sky90.
Kagawa has scored 16 goals for Dortmund this season.
