Borussia Dortmund midfielder Mario Gotze admits that he would be happy to extend his stay with the club.

Mario Gotze has admitted that he can 'imagine' extending his contract with Borussia Dortmund beyond 2014.

The 19-year-old has recently been linked with moves to Arsenal, Real Madrid and Manchester United.

However, the German club have insisted that they do not want to sell their midfielder, something that pleases Gotze.

"Of course I can imagine extending my contact at Dortmund," he told Bild.

"I have always said how at home I feel here. And nothing has happened to change that.

"I have my family and friends here. And the whole Borussia Dortmund package with the coach and the team is simply outstanding."

Gotze joined Dortmund in 2001 as a youth player.
