Burnley manager Sean Dyche has revealed new signing Wout Weghorst is fit for the weekend.
The Clarets will be in action against Watford on Saturday, which is a crucial game for the relegation battle within the Premier League, but the 20th-placed club might be displaying their new signing.
Weghorst joined Burnley from Wolfsburg on deadline day in a deal worth £12m, with the striker coming in following Chris Wood's departure to Newcastle United earlier in the transfer window.
"He has got a good chance of featuring, he's fit and well. We have tested him and he has enjoyed the challenge straight away," Dyche told the press.
"You look at the quality and experience of the player and a player like Wout has played enough football to know what the game is about."
Right now, Watford are just one place above Burnley, with two points separating them, but with this being the only Premier League game of the weekend, it provides both teams a chance to put pressure on those around them.
